A recorded copy of the entire session emailed over to you within 72 hours after your session so that you can enjoy and relive the memory for years and years to come

TEST
If you haven't used Zoom before we recommend testing it out and joining in on a Zoom chat with a friend or family member in order to acquaint yourself with Zoom and to test your computer to ensure it's functioning properly

JOIN THE ZOOM
After plenty of time hyping the session up with your kids and getting them all excited for it, pull up your confirmation email with your Zoom link and join in on the session. We recommend joining in on the session a few minutes early to ensure you're all ready to go for your one-on-one with Santa. And have fun! This is going to be a really fun experience for everyone so enjoy every moment of it!

FAQ:
HOW LONG ARE THESE SESSIONS?
These sessions are all roughly 8 minutes in length - plenty of time for your littles to get the opportunity to chat with one of their all time favorites... SANTA!
HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND WE WATCH THE SESSION?
We recommend using a desktop or laptop computer for the best viewing experience and do not recommend using a mobile device for this. We recommend having your laptop / desktop computer set on a flat surface and joining the session while in a well lit room so Santa can see everything well.
CAN WE HAVE OTHER PEOPLE JOIN IN ON THE SESSION?
We ask to limit the session to 3-4 kids per session (exceptions may be made of course, just email us). If you have more than 4 kids at one computer you may consider getting 2 back-to-back sessions to allow more time to chat to the group and make sure each kid gets plenty of time and attention
If you would like Grandma & Grandpa to join in or maybe a parent is away on business? You can have one additional computer access the Zoom link at no extra charge
CAN I PERSONALIZE MY SESSION?
Of course! We require a short questionnaire in order to book which will equip Santa with plenty of fun details to ensure the session has a truly unique and personalized touch. In the questionnaire there will also be a spot to request anything else. We will review any and all requests and call you to discuss how we can make the experience perfect for you and yours.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I LOG INTO MY ZOOM SESSION?
We recommend clicking on your session link and joining in around 10 minutes before your scheduled hangout with Santa. It's wise to get on early to ensure you're in the right spot and to make sure everything is working properly before it starts
CAN WE SIGN UP FOR MULTIPLE SLOTS IF WE WANT MORE TIME?
Definitely! If you get a second slot you won't just get twice the edited images, I'll also work with you to get more poses and a wider array of images for you to love!
WILL SANTA READ A STORY DURING THE SESSION?
He most certainly can! We will have a copy of "Twas the Night Before Christmas" on hand which generally only takes a few minutes to read uninterrupted. You may consider booking back-to-back sessions in order to give yourself a little more time if you'd like a story read to your kids
