HOW DOES THIS WORK?

STEP 1: PHOTO DAY!

Portraits will be taken during practice (5-7pm) on May 5th and 6th at Centennial Middle School (3000 S Machias Rd). The K2 and 3/4 teams will be photographed on May 5th while the 5/6 and 7/8 teams will be photographed on May 6th. Additional details will be sent directly from your child's team. These portraits are scheduled so that there are really only a few minutes per athlete, so I will have a couple classic & timeless poses planned for each child. I am open to poses if you or your child request a specific pose, but please ensure your child is prepared with the pose. Please make sure your child is photo ready on photo day! Hair is groomed, jerseys cleaned, etc

Browse your gallery, reference the package pricing found on this page to decide what you want, and place the order directly from the order form found below. IMPORTANT! SUBMIT AN ORDER FORM BELOW FOR EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN. Once your order form(s) is submitted I will be sending over a separate invoice via email for you to pay at your earliest convenience. This invoice will combine all household orders along with a 10% discount if you have 2 or more children.

STEP 3: IMAGE DELIVERY

Your selection of digital files will be edited & delivered directly to you via email within 2 weeks of you placing your order (if you ordered any). To keep costs down for all of you, prints will be placed in large batches and shipped directly to me and will be dropped off at a future practice or game (date tbd - you will be informed of print delivery directly from the team). This is the most cost effective way to do things and will ensure I can keep costs as low as possible for you.

FAQ's

PHOTO DAY QUESTIONS

Q: WHEN/WHERE IS PHOTO DAY?

A: Photo day for the K/2 and 3/4 teams are during practice from 5 to 7pm at Centennial Middle School on Tuesday, May 5th. Photo day for the 5/6 and 7/8 teams are also at CMS from 5-7pm, but photos for these teams will be on Wednesday, May 6th

Q: HOW MUCH TIME IS THERE FOR EACH CHILD?

A: Considering we have 2 hours to photograph 2 full team photos and each individual child, we will only have a few minutes to spend on each individual child.

Q: CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN POSES?

A: In order to keep things uniform amongst the teams and to keep photos moving along in a timely fashion, I will be offering 2 very timeless and classic poses for each child. If you have a pose that you or your child is excited about, I'd be happy to accommodate 1 additional pose at no extra cost. I just ask that you coach your kid and make sure they're comfortable with the pose and excited about it.

Q: CAN WE DO BUDDY POSES OR SIBLING PHOTOS?

A: Absolutely! We will be somewhat limited on time and so we cannot accommodate a bunch of sibling/buddy photos. Remember that we only have a few minutes per child. If your child would like a buddy photo please submit a request for a buddy photo on the contact form below. If there is a sibling photo that you would like and your other child has photos on another day, you would just need to have your other kid come to photos in uniform and I can capture them together

MISC QUESTIONS

Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER?

A: I would try to get your order in within 2 weeks of receiving your proof gallery via email. It takes time to edit everything, organize galleries, submit print orders, print each order, etc and so in order for everything to work out it is best to order within 2 weeks

Q: WHEN/WHERE DO I PICKUP PHOTOS?

A: Print/Product pick-up will be at a designated practice/game that will be decided upon at a later date. Once the date is coordinated between myself and the coaches I will update that information here and your coaches will also update their own respective teams about when to pick-up their physical prints

Q: HOW DO DIGITAL FILES WORK?

A: Once you browse your gallery of unedited proofs and submit your order. It will take me roughly 1-2 weeks to edit and return your final images to you via email. For each order I will go in and fully edit each requested proof and then re-send them via email back to each family in a password protected gallery for you to preview and download straight to your computer/devices

ORDERING QUESTIONS

Q: DO WE GET A DISCOUNT IF WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD?

A: Yes! You will receive a 10% discount on your total order. Please submit an order form (found above) for EACH child you have. Once I receive the order forms for each child then I will combine the orders and email you an invoice for the total along with a 10% off discount

Q: I'VE FILLED OUT THE ORDER FORM, BUT HOW DO I SELECT WHICH IMAGES ARE PRINTED OFF?

A: I would recommend pulling up this page (which contains your order form - found above) along with the gallery that includes the unedited proofs. Using these 2 tools, look through and decide which items you would like to order and submit an order for EACH child. Remember, these are completely unedited! Once I receive your order form I will send you a follow-up email to get specifics on which images you would like to use for each physical print/product

Q: HOW DO THE TRADING CARDS WORK?

A: These new trading cards are beautifully designed and made to look and feel just like a trading card you might find in the pros! This can be a fantastic way for the kids to show off their photos and information on them as a player. This is also a great way for kids to swap trading cards with each player on the team. I have samples of the cards (both front and back) shown below for you to check out. If you want trading cards, add them to your order and then in a follow-up email, I will have to ask you a few questions about your athlete so that I can customize their card accordingly. Trading cards will be hand delivered by me during a future practice/game along with all of the prints. This practice/game will be decided on later and your coaching staff will inform you when this is happening ahead of time
